Some, like the pixie or the bob stand the test of time while others (think mullet) look dated even at the height of their popularity. There are certain trends that require massive amounts of confidence and there are ones that even the most laidback wallflower can embrace without breaking out of her comfort zone. We've compiled a list of hair color trends for 2019 that can be worn to the office or the PTA meeting without causing a ruckus among your peers.
Blonde-Gray (above left) has a classic beauty about it and can be stunning at any age.
Iced Caramel Balayage (above center) this balayage technique mixes warm and cool tones with ash, butter blonde, and soft brown hues.
Framing Highlights (above right) this one is self-explanatory. The highlights are focused on certain pieces around the edges of your hair, framing your face.
Chocolate Brown (above left) is so dark it looks almost black but the sun brings out the natural brown highlights.
Babylights (above center) this technique puts very delicate highlights in your hair to make it look as though your hair was naturally lightened by the sun – without as much damage.
Rose Blonde (above right) this look takes the classic blonde coloring and adds an undertone of rose for a little extra pop.
